  2. Disclosure of Learning Needs: You must inform Global HSE Training & Consulting Ltd prior to the start of the course if you have any learning difficulties or require additional support, so we can make reasonable adjustments.
  3. Age Requirement: If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain written permission from a parent or guardian before enrolling.
  4. Registration and Identification: You must complete the official registration form in full, providing accurate details, and submit a copy of your valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
  5. Evidence Gathering: You must be able to gather the specific types of evidence as outlined in our initial email communication and by your Assessor.

  12. Professional Conduct: You must treat your Assessor and all staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unprofessional behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
  13. Authenticity of Work: All work and evidence you submit must be your own. You must have permission to share any company documents, and you must not falsify any information, documents, or evidence.
  14. Real Workplace Evidence: All evidence submitted must be generated from a ‘real-life workplace’ and must not be simulated or created in a practice environment.

All work is closely monitored by our assessment and quality assurance teams. Any detection of AI-generated content may result in disqualification and removal from the qualification.
